Our School

 Faith Factory Learning Center opened its doors to the community in 2001 as an outreach of St. Mark’s UMC. Since then, our incredible teaching staff has taught, led, and has in turn been inspired by thousands of children and students from the Mount Joy area. We offer Before and After School Care for children in kindergarten through 6th grade in the Donegal School District, as well as Full Day and Part Day preschool for children ages two though five. It is our core belief that children learn best in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. We also believe that school should be a safe haven for students to express their uniqueness, to explore their creativity, and to discover the wide world that God has made. In the pursuit of providing the very best for our students, Faith Factory Learning Center participates in the Keystone STARS Program and is a licensed school under the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.

Our Commitment to Excellence

 Faith Factory Learning Center participates in Keystone STARS, a quality rating system that encourages the improvement and development of early childhood learning centers across Pennsylvania. Keystone STARS, which stands for Standards, Training/Professional Development, Assistance, Resources, and Supports, conducts inspections and visits to ensure compliance with state recommendations. This program awards STARS to those centers that meet or exceed the state requirements, ranging from STAR 1 all the way up to STAR 4.  Faith Factory is proud to be a STAR 4 program for the last 10 years, and we look forward to continuing our tradition of providing excellence in early childhood education. Our Awards
  • Faith Factory Learning Center was the recipient of the Lancaster County Reader’s Choice Award for Best Childcare Center in Lancaster County in 2017, 2018, and 2019, until the category was removed from the Reader’s Choice Awards.
  • Faith Factory Learning Center was awarded the 2023 Pennsylvania’s Equity in Early Childhood Education Silver Champion Award in recognition of our efforts in embracing diversity and full inclusion as strengths, upholding fundamental principles of fairness and justice, and working to eliminate structural inequities that limit equitable learning opportunities.
