We are excited to be starting a Community Center using our church property!
The goal of the Community Center is the bring our community together through events, small groups, classes, activities and education. We have two large buildings, a large parking lot and playground space available.
Rental Space Available
We have rental space available for group meetings, birthday parties, educational sessions, organizational meetings and small events.
We currently host a weekly Men’s AA meeting on Wednesday evenings and Girl Scout troops. We are planning on hosting more organizations and activites, so if your organization is looking for space to rent, please contact us to set up a meeting to discuss your needs.
Public Events coming!
We are planning some public events coming in 2024, including an Art Show, Craft & Art Fair, Community Garage Sale and Music Concerts. We are fundraising to collect start up funds for expenses related to these events.
- Community Garage Sale in our Parking Lot will be held May 27, 2024. More details to come.
Educational Sessions / Small Groups
We are surveying our community to discover our community’s needs. We plan on holding classes or finding organizations to hold classes to help the community with those needs. These needs can include financial / budget planning, grief-related concerns, family-related concerns, addiction, personal safety and other topics. Interested in holding one of these sessions? Let us know!
- We are currently looking for a person to help create / manage a Small Group for Grief & Spousal Loss.
- We are currently looking to start a Community-wide choir! We are looking for a Director who would be willing to donate time to help make that happen.
Family-Friendly Activites
We are planning some fun activity nights that are family-friendly. Game nights anyone?
