Our School Age Program for before and after school is focused on socialization and faith related lessons. Our curriculum is based on student interests and stresses character development, social play, Bible and worship time, and free play both inside and outside, weather permitting. We have various interest areas that children may choose to play in, and these include science, math, blocks, reading, social studies, games, Legos, art, dramatic play, fine motor activities and outside playground time after school, weather permitting.
In our before school hours children are offered an optional free breakfast, special interest center time, and a weekly devotion and worship time in the church Sanctuary all before heading to Donegal. During our after-school hours, children are offered an optional free snack, time to complete homework, special interest center time, and outside play until pickup.
Sample Daily Schedule
Before School:
- Arrival & Free Play
- 7:30 Optional Free Breakfast
- 8:00 Morning Meeting with prayer time, Bible devotions, and worship
- 8:30 Dismiss to catch bus to go to Donegal
After School:
- 3:50 Arrive from Donegal
- 4:00 Optional Free Snack
4:15 Free Play, Special Interest Center Time, Homework Time
